Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Federal Enterprise Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a domain level strategy for Enterprise Transformation aligned with federal agency missions
• Provide executive leadership across core focus areas, driving measurable mission and business outcomes
• Collaborate with Growth teams to identify and pursue healthcare IT opportunities while maintaining customer relationships

Required Qualifications

• 20+ years of professional experience, including 10+ years leading operations at a federal contractor
• Proven executive leadership experience in Federal IT or systems modernization
• Strong understanding of federal healthcare agencies and procurement processes
• Familiarity with enterprise transformation capabilities, including cloud modernization and DevSecOps
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, or a related field preferred; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
