Job Summary
To lead strategic partner engagement across the U.S. Public Sector market, the full-time salaried Director of Federal Partnerships will develop and execute a federal partner strategy, drive revenue growth through partnerships, and enhance bidding processes while working collaboratively with various internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Seekr's federal partner, channel, and alliance strategy across key markets
- Increase bidding velocity and win probability on federal captures through strategic partnerships
- Recruit and onboard high-value partner organizations to build a robust federal partner ecosystem
Required Qualifications
- Eligible for US Security Clearance; active Top Secret clearance preferred
- 10+ years of experience in federal partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development
- Proven success in building strategic partnerships in the U.S. Public Sector market
- Strong relationships across the Greater Washington, DC federal technology ecosystem
- Deep understanding of federal acquisition processes and government contracting environments
