Director of Federal Payer Accounts

Job Summary

Director of Federal Payer Accounts is a full-time position responsible for securing formulary access and coverage for COMP360 across U.S. Federal healthcare systems, while establishing strategic relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute account strategies for VA, DoD, TriCare, and IHS to drive formulary positioning
• Articulate the clinical and economic value proposition of COMP360 to payer audiences and support coverage decisions
• Collaborate with internal teams to align payer strategies and execute multi-prong approaches for P&T meetings

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in pharma/biotech market access with experience in payer account management within federal segments
• Proven track record in negotiating and securing formulary access for specialty or breakthrough products
• Experience with contracts specific to the Federal payer market and innovative outcome-based contracts
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Business, Public Health, Health Economics, or Pharmacy preferred
• Deep knowledge of the US Federal payer landscape and ability to translate HEOR data into value narratives
