Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Proposals to lead the proposal development lifecycle for federal government solicitations.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct all aspects of proposal development for federal solicitations, ensuring compliance and quality
• Establish proposal strategies and oversee proposal managers and teams for timely submissions
• Conduct compliance reviews and lead executive readiness reviews to ensure high-quality proposals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, English, Public Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of federal proposal experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Proficiency in AI tools and demonstrated success in leading complex federal proposals
• Deep knowledge of the federal acquisition process, FAR/DFARS, and agency procurement practices
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
