Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Fiber Design & Construction (FDC) - Build Execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Align program execution with fiber strategy and business objectives
• Develop and manage build sequencing and deployment readiness models
• Lead and optimize cross-functional dependencies and vendor performance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Minimum of seven years of telecom experience, including fiber planning and construction
• Minimum five years of people leadership experience
• Strong understanding of the fiber build lifecycle and network readiness
• Proven experience leading teams or programs delivering fiber builds
