Job Summary

Leading the Field Asset Mobility (FAM) Practice, the full-time Director of Field Asset Mobility will assist clients in transforming legacy systems into a fully digital integrated environment while overseeing implementation quality and collaborating on strategic initiatives, with the option for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of legacy systems into a digital integrated environment for clients
• Serve as the primary Solutions Architect, ensuring quality oversight for Field Service Management and Enterprise Asset Management Systems implementations
• Create and manage business, resource, and budget plans for the FAM practice while mentoring team members

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in a Solutions Architect role within Field Service Management or Enterprise Asset Management
• Strong background in digital transformation and implementation strategies
• Experience in managing business plans and budgets
• Ability to mentor and train team members effectively
• Experience collaborating with software providers on product development
