Job Summary

Leading the field enablement and programs team within the Revenue organization, the full-time remote Director of Field Enablement will manage GTM onboarding, drive enablement programs, and set operational rhythms to enhance field productivity and alignment with product marketing.

Key responsibilities
  • Own GTM foundational onboarding to ensure new hires reach productivity quickly and track time-to-productivity metrics
  • Drive field enablement programs and create a system of record for enablement content, ensuring readiness for process changes and product releases
  • Set operational rhythms and communications to protect selling time and run strategic programs that improve efficiency across the GTM organization
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM enablement or sales leadership, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment
  • Proven success in building enablement programs from the ground up, with deep experience in onboarding, playbook development, and field communications
  • Demonstrated ability to influence content decisions as a bridge between field teams and product marketing
  • Strong experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Seismic, or Saleshood
  • Track record of aligning stakeholders and driving programs across cross-functional teams
