Job Summary

As the Director of Field Enablement for North America, this full-time remote position will manage the development and execution of enablement programs, ensuring that Account Executives, Sales Engineers, and Channel Partners effectively communicate value propositions related to Zero Trust Data Security and AI-driven resilience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Translate global enablement initiatives into regional strategies and align KPIs with revenue targets
  • Architect and manage comprehensive onboarding programs to enhance productivity for new hires
  • Track and analyze the impact of enablement programs using CRM and Sales Engagement tools
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or Sales Leadership in a high-growth SaaS or cybersecurity environment
  • 3+ years of experience leading remote sales teams across the Americas
  • Deep understanding of the North American sales landscape and competitive cybersecurity market
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and modern Learning Management Systems
  • Experience with AI-assisted coaching tools is a significant advantage
