Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of pre-sales Managers and Solutions Architects for enterprise accounts
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture within a rapidly growing team
• Build long-term relationships with customers and influence strategic direction in the industry

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of second-line leadership experience managing teams of 30+ individuals
• Experience in high-growth enterprise software pre-sales with senior-level tenure
• Proven ability to drive large transactions and develop strong customer relationships
• Track record of managing complex strategic accounts generating $5M+ in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR)
