Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of AMERICAS Field Marketing to lead marketing initiatives across the Americas Geography.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive field marketing strategy to drive business growth within named account enterprise organizations
• Build and maintain brand presence through digital and traditional channels, including events and webinars
• Collaborate with sales teams to generate demand and improve lead conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing with a focus on Americas Field Marketing
• 2-3 years of experience leading a Field Marketing team
• Proven experience in developing marketing strategies for large-scale Enterprise projects
• Strong background in demand generation and digital marketing
• Proficiency in marketing analytics and CRM tools
