Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of field marketing strategies, the full-time Director of Field Marketing will manage seasonal offers, integrated campaigns, and lifecycle programs remotely while collaborating with local brand leaders and operations to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and execute field marketing plans that align with revenue and seasonality across digital and traditional channels
- Own the field marketing budget, allocating spend across campaigns and markets to maximize ROI
- Lead and mentor brand marketing managers and the marketing specialist team, ensuring clear goals and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in field marketing, lifecycle/CRM, or marketing operations, preferably in multi-location/home services
- Previous experience in a leadership or senior marketing role with proven success in driving measurable growth
- Fluency with analytics and reporting tools such as GA4, GTM, and strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel
- Proven ownership of CRM lifecycle campaigns and successful campaign execution, with experience in ServiceTitan and Hatch
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience
