Job Summary
Leading the development of onboarding programs, the remote Director of Field Onboarding will enhance the ramping process for Sales, Customer Success, and Renewals teams, ensuring new hires achieve productivity quickly in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and scale onboarding programs to drive accelerated ramp and improve performance outcomes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align onboarding initiatives with business goals
- Define and operationalize a global onboarding strategy, standardizing curriculum and processes for scalability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
- 2-3 years of people leadership experience
- 6-8 years of enablement experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- Direct sales experience with a strong understanding of go-to-market motions
- Demonstrated organizational leadership skills and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs
