Director of Field Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Field Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee field operations to support commercial, market access, and medical affairs teams
• Coordinate activities related to sample management, territory alignment, and compliance reporting
• Lead strategic initiatives for sales force deployment and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in sales or field operations
• Experience in field force alignment design and compliance with industry regulations
• Strong understanding of field systems and operational effectiveness
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
