Key Responsibilities

• Oversees the design and deployment of comprehensive communication plans for initiatives and programs
• Partners with senior leaders to prioritize messaging with an audience-first mindset
• Monitors and measures the effectiveness of communications and campaigns

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or similar program
• 9+ years of experience in internal communications
• 3+ years of experience leading teams in a matrixed environment
• 5+ years of experience in labor relation communications
• Experience working closely with HR and legal teams on labor-related challenges
