Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Field Sales to lead and scale its Outside Sales Representative organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute hiring, onboarding, and training strategies to scale the OSR team from 13 to 40+ sales reps
  • Implement a standardized field sales playbook and enablement program to drive consistent activity and conversion rates
  • Manage and mentor OSR Leads/Managers, establishing KPIs and accountability structures for performance targets
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in scaling and leading high volume, field-based sales teams
  • Expertise in managing transactional sales motions with high daily activity
  • Experience partnering with RevOps to define KPIs, reporting structures, and sales tooling
  • Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor sales leaders in a performance-driven culture
  • Ability to implement new processes, systems, and training programs effectively
