Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Field Sales to lead and scale its Outside Sales Representative organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute hiring, onboarding, and training strategies to scale the OSR team from 13 to 40+ sales reps
- Implement a standardized field sales playbook and enablement program to drive consistent activity and conversion rates
- Manage and mentor OSR Leads/Managers, establishing KPIs and accountability structures for performance targets
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in scaling and leading high volume, field-based sales teams
- Expertise in managing transactional sales motions with high daily activity
- Experience partnering with RevOps to define KPIs, reporting structures, and sales tooling
- Proven ability to develop, coach, and mentor sales leaders in a performance-driven culture
- Ability to implement new processes, systems, and training programs effectively
