Director of Field Service Delivery

Job Summary

To optimize field service operations, the full-time remote Director of Field Service Delivery will manage service execution strategies, oversee operational performance metrics, and lead dispatch teams while ensuring safety and compliance standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Translate corporate service delivery strategies into actionable field-level execution plans for scalability
• Monitor performance metrics related to speed, cost, and quality, implementing corrective actions as needed
• Directly manage and mentor Dispatch Operations Leaders and fulfillment support teams, fostering operational standards and accountability

Required qualifications

• 7-10 years of leadership experience in Field Service, Service Delivery, or Technical Operations
• Proven success in managing service delivery through transitions from third-party to internal dispatch models
• Experience with modern Field Service Management (FSM) platforms and resource optimization
• Financial management experience, including operational budget oversight and cost-efficiency strategies
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related technical field
