Director of Field Services

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Field Services to evaluate, develop, and manage strategies for the field services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee operations, growth, and retail sales at onsite clinics while managing topline revenue and client satisfaction
• Build and lead a team of Field Managers and Optical Administrators to drive revenue and client satisfaction
• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to enhance client relationships and promote vision center growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 years of management experience, including hiring and performance management
• 6 years of experience in an independent eye care practice or retail location as a business manager or consultant
• Optical retail experience with multi-unit/multi-location stores
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
