Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of FP&A professionals, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Own the execution of FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• Provide strategic support through financial analysis and insights for business decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, CFA preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, including team leadership
• Strong experience managing budgeting, forecasting, and monthly close processes
• Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
• Demonstrated success in driving process improvements and operational efficiency
