Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Administration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
  • Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR administration functions
  • Review and negotiate office contracts and vendor relationships, and prepare financial information for grant proposals
Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of financial management experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment
  • MBA or CPA preferred
  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization
  • Demonstrated experience with HR functions is a plus
