Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Manage payroll, employee benefits, and HR administration functions
- Review and negotiate office contracts and vendor relationships, and prepare financial information for grant proposals
Qualifications:
- At least 8 years of financial management experience, preferably in a nonprofit environment
- MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience with QuickBooks required
- Experience in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization
- Demonstrated experience with HR functions is a plus
