Director of Finance
Job Summary
Overseeing the financial operations of the U.S. business and providing support for UK operations, the remote Director of Finance will manage day-to-day financial activities, lead budgeting and forecasting, and partner with executive leadership to ensure accurate financial reporting and strategic financial planning.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and cash flow management
- Lead annual budgeting processes and maintain ongoing revenue, expense, and cash flow forecasts
- Partner with Production and Client Services to monitor project budgets and analyze profitability by client and project
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or comparable professional experience
- 8-10+ years of progressive accounting or finance experience
- Experience managing a finance function independently in a project-based business
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online, Excel/Google Sheets, or comparable platforms
