Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client team operations
- Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, and payroll oversight
- Lead monthly client meetings and provide insights to client business owners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
- Experience as a lead accountant in rapidly growing firms
- Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
- Strong QuickBooks Online experience required; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
