Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to lead its accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting
• Lead the budgeting process and prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders
• Oversee financial audit preparation and maintain compliance with public company standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 3 years in a Controller or Director-level role
• Familiarity with audit processes and internal controls
• CPA designation preferred or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with NetSuite is highly preferred
• Experience in a digital services, agency, or SaaS environment is a strong asset
