Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to shape financial strategy and processes in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage financial planning processes including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making across the organization
• Create financial reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance and enhance forecasting accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in finance, focusing on FP&A and strategic finance
• Proven track record in a startup or high-growth environment
• Expertise in financial modeling with the ability to build from scratch
• Self-starter who can thrive in ambiguity and build scalable systems
• Experience with financial tools such as Vena, NetSuite, and/or Mode is a plus
