Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to build and lead all aspects of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect finance infrastructure, including forecasting models and budgeting processes
• Partner with leadership on financial planning and define key SaaS metrics
• Manage outsourced accounting partners and ensure compliance with GAAP

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS environments
• Proven track record in FP&A and financial operations for startups
• Advanced financial modeling skills and knowledge of SaaS performance metrics
• Experience managing external accounting firms and implementing internal controls
• Ability to present complex information to non-finance audiences
