Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models for revenue forecasting and scenario planning
• Provide strategic financial insights and support fundraising efforts in collaboration with leadership
• Lead financial reporting and oversee balance sheet and cash flow forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in finance roles, particularly in tech companies
• Experience in strategic finance or FP&A at high-growth tech startups or scale-ups
• Familiarity with AI technologies or AI-enabled products is desirable
• Background in consumer-facing tech or marketplace businesses is a plus
