A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee the finance function and lead financial planning and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop financial goals and long-range plans in alignment with business strategy
• Manage daily finance and accounting operations, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations
• Lead the finance team, enhancing processes and systems to support company growth

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of finance experience in high-growth SaaS environments
• Experience with financial planning and analysis as well as accounting/controller responsibilities
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills
• Experience with financial systems implementation; Netsuite experience preferred
• Certified Professional Accountant (CPA) or Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) preferred
