Key Responsibilities

• Support major deals by providing analytical support, building financial models, and assisting in Board-level decision-making
• Lead operational deals, including lease-to-own structures and customer financing arrangements, ensuring successful closure
• Drive commercial finance by analyzing pricing strategies and capital deployment decisions to ensure financial soundness

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
• Desire to expand into a full finance function, including accounting and tax responsibilities
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate financial analysis into commercial recommendations
• Execution-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to decision-making in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders
