Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage day-to-day finance operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Oversee client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle management, and monthly financial close
• Lead client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metric usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, or NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience successfully revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
