Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and oversee client teams to ensure value from finance and accounting functions
• Manage client accounting processes, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll
• Lead monthly client meetings, provide insights, and coach management on metrics usage and department management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller or Director of Finance in SaaS firms
• Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Strong experience with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Proven experience in revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
