Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting to manage finance operations for clients in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage the client accounting process, including financial reporting, revenue cycle, expense management, and payroll oversight
• Lead monthly client meetings, providing insights and coaching on metrics usage and departmental management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 10 years of experience at a Controller or Director of Finance level, preferably in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in Accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting and finance processes and technologies
