Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve the operating model and forecasting engine across various sales channels
• Build and maintain a company-wide omnichannel Analytics Engine for performance tracking and decision-making
• Manage the Finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in FP&A/strategic finance at a CPG/FMCG company or relevant experience in investment banking or private equity
• Extensive background in high-growth, omnichannel CPG brands
• Experience with workflow automation and AI-enabled processes
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on profitability and capital efficiency
• Proficiency in finance programs such as Excel, Quickbooks, and Power BI
