Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to build and oversee its financial operating system as it scales.

Key Responsibilities

• Own company-wide financial planning and forecasting, collaborating with the CEO and leadership team
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executive decision-making
• Lead capital planning, cash management, and oversee accounting operations

Required Qualifications

• 8-15+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, or finance leadership roles
• Experience in supporting high growth or scaling companies
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Experience overseeing accounting functions
• Prior exposure to fundraising and capital strategy
