Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as lead accountant for client businesses and manage the client accounting process for insightful financial reporting
Oversee monthly financial close, KPI measurement, and lead client meetings to provide insights and coaching
Ensure compliance with GAAP, manage cash flow, and contribute to strategic projects

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in SaaS firms
Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
Experience revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
