Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance & Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accountant for client businesses, ensuring value and insights from finance and accounting functions
• Manage client accounting processes, financial reporting, and compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Oversee cash flow, budget planning, and contribute to strategic projects and client meetings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration
• 10 years of experience as a Controller to Director of Finance level in a SaaS firm
• Strong QuickBooks Online experience; familiarity with Xero, Intacct, and NetSuite is a plus
• Master's degree in accounting, MBA, and/or CPA license preferred
• Experience revamping accounting, finance, and operational processes and technologies
