Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee day-to-day financial operations and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly close process and ensure financial accuracy and compliance
• Develop financial models and reporting for revenue, margin, and cash flow forecasting
• Lead budgeting processes and evaluate growth opportunities and partnerships

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in high-growth companies
• Strong technical finance and accounting background; CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• Hands-on experience with FP&A and cash flow management
• Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Sage Intacct and Bill.com
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes in a lean environment
