Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance - Group Accounting and Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare group annual reports under US GAAP & IFRS and quarterly financial reporting to the stock exchange
• Provide accounting and regulatory guidance on key accounting issues and assess the impact of new accounting standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop group strategy and support the integration of acquisition targets

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years' PQE with ACA or ACCA qualification
• Strong financial accounting background, proficient in US GAAP & IFRS
• Experience working in a Group function within a Multi National company
• Familiarity with ERP systems, preferably Oracle
• Reside in the Eastern US
