Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly close processes and ensure compliance and accuracy
• Build financial models and provide actionable insights for leadership
• Drive budgeting processes and evaluate growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive finance experience, preferably in high-growth companies
• Strong technical finance and accounting background; CPA or MBA preferred
• Hands-on experience with FP&A and cash flow management
• Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills; familiarity with finance tools
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes in a lean environment
