Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance and Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while providing strategic insights for operational decision-making
• Oversee accounting operations, ensuring compliance and timely completion of financial statements and invoicing processes
• Manage treasury and tax management, providing strategic guidance for cash flow and ensuring compliance with tax filings

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 10+ years of experience in an accounting or finance leadership role
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP accounting principles and practices
• Experience in the healthcare or digital health sectors
• Familiarity with Netsuite and proficiency in spreadsheets and Google Workspace
