Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to oversee financial operations and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across financial operations including accounting, payroll, and reporting functions
• Oversee monthly financial close processes and ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial data
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities while ensuring compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or business operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered
• Experience overseeing financial operations including reporting, payroll, and compliance
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives
• Strong understanding of financial processes, cash management, and reporting
