Director of Finance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Finance to build and lead its finance function remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale the company's finance function, systems, and processes
• Own day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare and analyze financial statements and ensure accurate financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles, preferably in startups
• Strong knowledge of US and Israeli tax filing and reporting requirements
• Experience managing cap tables and equity plans
• Proven ability to build financial processes in a fast-growing environment
• Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
