Director of Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing business, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee complex revenue models, and drive forecasting while collaborating with cross-functional teams on deal structuring.

Key responsibilities

• Create and present financial narratives for external stakeholders
• Own and maintain detailed financial models to capture revenue streams
• Support deal structuring and pricing for complex enterprise deals

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking with a strong background in financial modeling
• 4+ years of experience in growth-stage startups, preferably in FinTech
• Involvement in multiple transactions exceeding $100MM
• Experience in structuring and pricing complex enterprise deals
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling tools, with a passion for detail
