Job Summary

To lead Operational Finance and Corporate FP&A for a high-growth, private equity-backed healthcare services organization, the full-time Director of Finance will drive financial strategy, performance management, and long-term planning while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
  • Drive monthly operating reviews and performance analysis
  • Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investments
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of finance experience
  • Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience
  • Experience in corporate FP&A
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial planning systems is a plus
