Director of Finance

Job Summary

Leading the company's financial planning and analysis efforts, the full-time salaried Director of Finance will manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes while collaborating closely with various departments in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring alignment across departments and executive reporting
• Lead the monthly FP&A operating cadence, including variance analysis and preparation of management reporting materials
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to enhance financial accountability and optimize resource planning and investment evaluations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A or strategic finance experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or technology company
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities
• Hands-on experience with Pigment or similar planning tools
• Experience developing reporting and dashboards using Tableau or similar BI platforms
