Director of Finance

Job Summary

To support a growing dental services organization, the fully remote Director of Finance will manage corporate finance operations, drive financial planning and analysis, and lead M&A activities while collaborating closely with the CFO and cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of the business model and drive continuous improvement across finance functions
• Direct the annual corporate budget process and partner with operations to promote profitable growth
• Execute M&A strategies, including due diligence and deal execution, while managing key external relationships

Required qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in corporate finance, private equity, or corporate development
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
• Demonstrated expertise in operating an FP&A function across a distributed business model
• Experience with financial analysis tools such as PowerBI, Workday Adaptive, and Sage Intacct
• Strong business and financial acumen with excellent executive presence and leadership skills
