Director of Finance

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the GTM leadership team, the full-time remote Director of Finance will manage subscription revenue forecasting, sales capacity planning, and provide financial insights to optimize growth and investment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Own subscription revenue and ARR forecasting for Marketing & Data Solutions, including new revenue streams
• Lead sales capacity planning and expense forecasting, analyzing productivity trends to mitigate risks
• Serve as a finance business partner to GTM leaders, providing guidance on strategic proposals and investment decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in FP&A, revenue finance, or related fields
• Strong expertise in revenue modeling, ARR analysis, and sales capacity planning
• Experience partnering with GTM/Marketing/Revenue Operations in high-growth environments
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS or marketplace pricing models
• Proficiency in ERP and BI tools, and CRM systems
