A company is looking for a Director, Finance Analytics & Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Balance hands-on execution tasks with team leadership, including coding, analysis, and dashboard development
• Provide strategic analytics insights to finance teams to support operational and financial goals
• Oversee complex projects and maintain SOX-compliant internal controls over financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of related experience with an undergraduate degree in a quantitative field
• Advanced skills with BI tools, preferably Tableau, and expert SQL experience
• Knowledge of statistical techniques and strong programming skills in Python
• Experience implementing and managing SOX controls and supporting audits
• Understanding of financial metrics and ability to translate data into actionable insights
