Job Summary

Leading the finance and accounting operations, the full-time salaried Director of Finance and Accounting will manage accounting functions, execute financial strategies, and develop comprehensive policies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the accounting function, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with GAAP
• Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and manage financial risks
• Lead financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights to support strategic business decisions

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience, with 5+ years in accounting operations and financial reporting
• Proven expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and audit best practices
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
