Director of Finance and Analysis

Job Summary

To provide finance leadership for the assigned PAQ business, the remote Director of Finance and Analysis will manage financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while collaborating with business unit leaders and supporting key strategic initiatives to drive profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the VP Finance and business unit leaders to support financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analysis for assigned PAQ business areas
• Prepare and review monthly financial results, variance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and reporting packages to explain performance against budget and forecast
• Conduct ad hoc financial analysis and support special projects, translating findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a concentration in accounting, finance, or business
• Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
• Advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, BI dashboards, and ERP systems
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and business stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish credibility with internal and external stakeholders
