Director of Finance and Analytics

Job Summary

Driving financial strategy and insights, the full-time remote Director of Finance and Analytics will manage financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting while serving as a key business partner to company leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the vision for Power BI and data visualization, establishing standards and best practices for BI strategy
• Lead the financial planning and operations process, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of budgets and forecasts
• Provide critical financial performance insights and recommendations to senior management, including preparing executive presentations and dashboards

Required qualifications

• Business-oriented undergraduate degree with an emphasis in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• MBA, CFA, and/or CPA preferred
• 10+ years of experience in financial management roles, preferably in high-growth companies or foundational firms
• Experience in financial planning, modeling, and capital planning, with a strong understanding of these concepts
• Previous experience with enterprise-wide planning tools is a plus
