Director of Finance and Analytics

Job Summary

Driving financial oversight and analytical excellence, the remote Director of Finance and Analytics will manage pharmacy benefit performance, focusing on Net PMPM cost management, rebate processes, and operational effectiveness while collaborating cross-functionally to enhance strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Track and report on financial performance and cost guarantees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
• Analyze network pricing and pharmacy claims data to provide actionable insights for decision-making
• Establish and oversee rebate processes, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in finance, analytics, or pricing/underwriting roles within Pharmacy Benefit Management or a related industry
• Expertise in claims analytics, rebate modeling, and formulary management
• Strong understanding of pharmacy network economics and PBM contracting
• Advanced proficiency with analytical tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, SAS, Tableau) for data analysis
